By having me take your portraits you understand and agree that as the Photographer I am the sole owner to the copyrights to any and all images. I reserve the right to use them for display and advertising purposes. Only in the event the subject is a child or adult will I give the courtesy of a written request for use. If the images are used for sale you are not entitled to royalties. You as the purchaser of the images are entitled to request joint copyright privileges in order to submit to contests, place on personal websites and or copy them.
