Important Details

The Group as a whole needs to raise at least $1000.00 in order to qualify for the 20% return. Less than this and the return will be 10% of all sales.

All Session Certificates have a one year expiration. This date is determined by my delivery of the Certificates to the Group Leader and will be clearly written on the Certificate. If not used within the year it reverts to a "purchased value" Portrait Credit that can be used on any Session scheduled for one additional year.

All Certificates are Non-Refundable as the donations would have already been given to the group.

ONLY 2 reschedules permitted per Certificate. What this means is that you schedule a session and either cancel or do not show 2 times. At that point your Certificate reverts to a "purchased value" Portrait Credit for a period of one year from the original expiration date.

Certificates ARE Transferable! They make Great Gifts! Please note that
each Certificate is listed under the purchaser's name so in the event
that it is lost I will need to verify it's transfer. I do this by contacting the original purchaser. I do keep a
detailed record so the actual Certificate is not needed for services.

Portrait Credits! You can sell or purchase Portrait Credits along with the Sessions at a discount! $25.00 credit is worth $35.00 in Portraits and a $50.00 credit is worth $70.00 in Portraits!

Holiday & Mini Sessions

These are pre-set dates and are first come first served.

I will schedule as many dates as needed to accommodate all requests. Up to a Holiday deadline, these will be listed on my website.

I can not reserve time slots but will try to assist, example: Slots available start at 10:00am but you are not available until 1:00pm. I will not put you in at that time until all slots are filled up to that point. I will then let you know I have filled you in that slot.

Your Session!

All sessions can include everyone and or thing :) living in the home! It is your choice who you want Portraits of.

The Full Session covers it all, example: Family of 4 plus your dog; Images can be Entire Family, children with the dog, children, children individually, Dog individually, Mom & Dad (very important!), and lots of candids. It's your session! I will do what you want in terms of who I am taking Portraits of, I do ask that you allow me to do what I do best!

Holiday Sessions are similar to the Full Session, just a shorter amount of time so there are less images

The Mini Session is designed to Get that Family Portrait or Portrait of the Children! They could also be just candids whatever you prefer.

Your Portraits & The Gallery

All Portraits taken will be processed and placed in an online Gallery. This will be password protected but you can share it with whomever you wish.

All Portrait orders are processed through me via e-mail. This is subject to change to purchasing through the Gallery directly. Credits and included packages must come through me.

I do not pick "your" Favorite image You can choose whatever image you want for your included packages and or 8x10. You, Family and Friends can make any number of purchases during the the time frame your Gallery is available.

I pride myself on capturing each individual as naturally as possible. I am not interested in "sit & stay" photography, unless my subject is a dog. I will do whatever it takes to provide this but if I do not capture what you had hoped, I always guarantee every Session.
