The person that will be the Group Leader contacts me, we schedule a time to go over all information, set your goals and dates. It is important to note that typically the entire process could take 3-4 weeks. From initial contact to delivery of Session Certificates. If you have a deadline for your funds or want to be able to provide session availability at a certain time of the year, you need to take this into account.
Like many other fundraisers each participant will receive a packet providing them with handouts, parent information sheet and an order form. You can also add your group goals to this.
Each individual purchasing can choose from three Session options. They (or participant) fill out the order form and pay for their session at that time.On a pre-determined date I will pick up all envelopes including order form and checks.I then create the Session Certificates according to purchases and deliver them to the group leader for distribution to the Parents.
